Gemini connects directly to monday.com, Airtable and other apps

Announcement: on 23 September, Google began rolling out new Connected Apps for Gemini. For productivity, the company names Airtable, Linear, monday.com, PandaDoc, Wispr AI and Zoho. Adobe, Picsart, Squarespace and Webflow are also being connected for creative tasks and websites.

Users can call a connected app from a conversation with an @ mention or a direct request. Google does not provide a complete list of supported account types, countries or permissions in the announcement; actual availability may therefore vary during the rollout and can be checked in Gemini settings.

DigiDare perspective: this can reduce duplicate data entry, for example when summarising project statuses or preparing documents. Start with one low-impact task, check which data and write permissions Gemini receives for each connection, and have an employee confirm changes first.
