Copilot Cowork explores small internal apps from a description

Official update: in documentation updated on 8 September, Microsoft lists a new App skill for Copilot Cowork. Users can describe a simple interactive app, adjust the result through chat, and publish and share it within their organisation. The feature is part of Frontier, so it is a preview rather than a generally available standard feature.

Start with fictional data and a clearly scoped task. Have your administrator check access, sharing permissions and usage costs first. Then test calculations, inputs and error handling before staff depend on it for a daily process.
